Real Stories from Mothers
Frequently Asked Questions
What are breastfeeding meals?
Breastfeeding meals are balanced, nourishing meals designed to support the increased nutritional demands of breastfeeding.
Healthy7 Breastfeeding Meals provide regular meals, protein, vegetables, multigrain rice and nourishing soups to make everyday nutrition easier while you care for your baby.
They are designed for ongoing breastfeeding nutrition and are not a replacement for medical care or a postpartum recovery program.
Are breastfeeding meals the same as postpartum recovery meals?
No. Our Postpartum Recovery Meals are designed specifically for the early postpartum period, with a stronger focus on recovery, replenishment and traditional postpartum nourishment.
Breastfeeding Meals are designed for mothers beyond the initial postpartum recovery period who want practical, ongoing nutrition support while breastfeeding.
If you are still in your first month after birth and looking for more comprehensive recovery support, we recommend exploring our Postpartum Recovery Meal Programs.
Can these meals support breastfeeding nutrition?
Yes. Regular meals, adequate protein, balanced nutrition and hydration are important during breastfeeding.
Our Breastfeeding Meals are designed with breastfeeding nutrition in mind and include balanced meals and nourishing soups to help mothers stay consistently nourished during this demanding stage.
Individual breastfeeding needs and milk supply vary from person to person.
When should I start a breastfeeding meal plan?
You can start anytime during your breastfeeding journey when additional meal support would be helpful.
Many mothers choose this plan after completing a postpartum recovery program, when returning to a regular routine, or during periods when breastfeeding demands make consistent meal preparation more difficult.
Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance to allow for preparation and delivery scheduling.
What should I do if my milk supply has decreased?
Milk supply can be affected by many factors, including feeding frequency, milk removal, hydration, nutrition, sleep, stress and individual health conditions.
Our meals can help make regular, balanced nutrition easier, but they are not intended to treat low milk supply.
If you notice a significant or persistent decrease in milk supply, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider or a qualified lactation professional.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes. We recommend enjoying the meals while they are fresh whenever possible.
If you will not eat a meal within the recommended refrigerated storage period, most dishes can be frozen for later use. Some vegetables may change slightly in texture after freezing.
Always follow the storage and reheating instructions provided with your meals.
