How to Enjoy Your Meal

Delivered chilled. Thaw frozen meals in the refrigerator before reheating.

Microwave
Remove the lid and use a microwave-safe container. Heat for 2–3 minutes initially, stir where practical, then continue heating as needed. Do not microwave foil containers.

Steam

Transfer to a heat-safe dish and steam over boiling water until thoroughly heated.

Oven & Air Fryer
Transfer to a container suitable for your oven or air fryer and heat until thoroughly heated.

Heating times vary by appliance and portion. Check that the centre reaches at least 75°C (167°F) with a food thermometer.

Storage & Freshness
• Refrigerate upon delivery at 4°C or below.
• Consume within 3 days, including delivery day.
• Freeze immediately if not consuming within this period.
• Thaw in the refrigerator. Do not refreeze after thawing.
• Reheat only the amount needed. Do not reheat twice.
