Plan B adds more staple variety, some softer-texture options, and two nourishing soups designed to be easier to eat and digest.
Free local delivery on orders over $88 within our Toronto & GTA delivery area. Please check your address with our Delivery Checker before ordering.
Outside our delivery area? Contact us to discuss available options, including kitchen pickup or have your meals delivered to a friend or family member’s address within our regular delivery area.
Need additional support?
One-on-one health and nutrition support with Lisa, a Registered Practical Nurse, is available separately for an additional fee.
Dietary Preferences & Menu Changes
Our meals follow a pre-planned meal program and are not individually customized medical meal plans.
Meals are generally regular-texture foods. Some softer dishes or soups may be included depending on the plan, but we do not provide medically prescribed texture-modified diets.
We’ll accommodate dietary needs and food exclusions noted in your order where possible while maintaining the nutritional balance of your meal plan.
If there is a particular item you don’t enjoy, one preference adjustment per week may be accommodated for future meals where possible. Changes apply only to meals not yet produced.
For medically prescribed diets, swallowing difficulties, individualized nutrient limits, or severe / multiple food allergies, please contact us before ordering. Healthy7 is not a nut-free facility.
Storage & Reheating
•Meals are delivered fresh and chilled.
•Refrigerate promptly after delivery.
•Enjoy within 2–3 days for best quality.
•Freeze meals while they are still fresh if needed.
•Vegetable dishes may have a softer texture after freezing.

Who are Recovery Meals for?
Recovery Meals are for people who need practical meal support during recovery from surgery, illness or injury, during periods of low energy, or when cooking and meal preparation feel difficult.
They provide convenient, everyday nourishment while reducing the work of meal planning, shopping and cooking.
What is the difference between Plan A and Plan B?
Plan A provides regular-texture meals for simple everyday nourishment, including multigrain rice, two protein dishes and two vegetable dishes.
Plan B adds more staple variety, some softer-texture options, and two nourishing soups.

When should I order and start my meals?
Please order at least 48 hours before your preferred start date, subject to kitchen and delivery availability.
If you are planning around a procedure or hospital discharge, choose a start date that works with your expected return home and recovery schedule.
