    Cooking instructions:

    • Defrosting: place in fridge overnight (or microwave for 1 minute).
    • Deep fry for 1-2 minutes and drain (oil temperature at 175 ℃) .
    • Heat up sauce, bring to a boil, add cornstarch slurry.
    • Toss in the pork chop, stir to soak up the sauce evenly.
