FF1: Basa fillet – pre-marinated


Basa fillet 250 grams.

Stir fry with any kind of vegetables (snow peas, celery, broccoli etc.)

    Cooking instructions:

    • Defrosting: place in fridge overnight (or microwave for 1 minute).
    • Blanch basa fillet for a minute or two, till color start to turn pale then drain. Blanch the vegetables as well.
    • Heat up a frying pan, add cooking oil, slice of ginger.
    • Add basa fillet, cooking wine, salt, white sugar, and ground pepper(optional).
    • Stir gently, add cornstarch slurry, add vegetable
    • Serve.
